Easy Mayo-Chicken Roll


Ingredients:
Chapatti - 2
Boiled Chicken - 1 Cup(finely chopped)
Capsicum - 2-3 Table spoon(finely chopped)
Mayonnaise - 1 Cup
Egg - 2
Salt - A pinch to taste
Butter - 1 Table spoon

Preparation Method:
Heat the pan, add butter. Add boiled Chicken and Capsicum to it and cook for few mins. Now add eggs to it and stir continuously till the eggs are cooked well. Now add this mixture to a cup of Mayonnaise, add a pinch of salt to it  if you want as Mayonnaise has already got salt in it. Now mix well. Spread this mixture on Rotti or Chapatti, make a roll and close the ends to complete it. Now just heat the roll on a pan to serve hot. Easy Mayo-Chicken Roll is ready to eat :)

Cheese Panneer Roll



Ingredients :

Maida flour - 250g
Grated Paneer- 100g
Cheese - 4 tea spoon
Butter - 4 tea spoon
Cooking Oil - 4-5 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation :

Mix Maida flour, Chesse, Butter and Salt together. Make it into medium size pooris. Take a plate of grated  Paneer and roll the pooris on it. Now the pooris are covered with grated  Paneer, cut them into small pieces.  Now deep fry them in oil and serve hot.

Best serve with Tomato sauce or Green Chutney :)

Anna Tower Park


Anna Tower Park is one the famous landmark in Chennai, located in Anna nagar. Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The mail entrance of this park is located in 3rd main road, Anna nagar. This is one of the largest and wide spread parks in city.

It is popular among the kids to play, morning walkers and joggers, families to visit  on weekends, younger people in the evening to relax and play.


The tower was opened for the public to walk up to the top of the tower, which gives a complete and excellent view of the city. But due to security measures the tower is not opened for public but only the park. There are also skating classes are taught to kids regularly on the skating ground, open theater where plays and dramas are played occasionally, and few practicing grounds for silambattam, martial arts and other arts are taught.

This is one of the most visited and popular park of the city and provides great entertainment and relaxation for everyone who is visiting the park. There are many stone benches and iron benches are kept across the park for the public to sit and relax the leisure time.

SPENCER PLAZA - Chennai


Spencer Plaza is one of the hottest spot in Chennai city all time all season. Spencer Plaza is Shopping mall located in Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It was originally built during the 19th century, then reconstructed in 1985. They are the oldest shopping mall in the city and the still the most famous mall also.

Yummy Tomato Chutney !!


Ingredients:

Tomato - 250g
Onion - 3 (finely chopped)
Green chilly - 4 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon
Red chilly powder - 1 table spoon
Urud dhal - 1 tea spoon
Black Mustard - 1 tea spoon
Oil - 2 or 3 table spoon
Salt for taste
Curry leaf for Garnishing


Method for preparation:

Wash 250g of tomato and grind it to a fine paste. Now heat the kadai, add 2 table spoon of oil in it. Once the oil is heated add urud dhal, black mustard, curry leaf in it. Once the dhal turned to a golden brown color, add finely chopped onions and chilly and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add the tomato paste to the mixture and cover with a lid, leave it for 5 minutes to cook. Now Tomato Chutney is hot and ready to serve. 

Tip:
This can be served with Idly, Dosa, Chapatti and also with Rice.
